Insurance & Contractor Verification Disclosure

1. Nature of Platform Verification

Fieldaira connects property owners with independent licensed home improvement contractors. While Fieldaira verifies state contractor licenses and requests Certificates of Insurance (COI) upon vendor onboarding, Fieldaira is not an insurance carrier, surety, or bonding agency.

2. Property Owner Due Diligence

Prior to commencing major construction or renovation work, property owners are advised to:

• • Request a project-specific Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the property owner as an Additional Insured.
• • Confirm that the contractor carries active Workers’ Compensation coverage for all on-site personnel.
• • Verify that local municipal building permits have been properly pulled prior to demolition or rough-in inspections.

3. Reporting Credential Concerns

If you observe expired credentials or fraudulent activity, please report the vendor immediately to safety@fieldaira.com.
