1. Data Encryption

All network traffic between Fieldaira client applications (iOS, Android, Web) and backend APIs is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3/HTTPS). Data at rest in production databases and storage buckets is encrypted using AES-256 keys.

2. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Fieldaira enforces strict logical tenant isolation. Customer data, canvassing packets, appointments, and spatial measurements are compartmentalized by organization ID to prevent cross-tenant data exposure.

3. Vulnerability Management & Reporting

We perform continuous dependency scanning and automated static code analysis across our codebase. If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@fieldaira.com.
